Del Mar Shores Terrace (DMST) is a private, residential community of 87 units set atop an oceanfront bluff in beautiful Solana Beach, California. 

This convenient and private location is close to the famed Cedros Design District, restaurants, the Del Mar racetrack, and the Amtrak train station. Downtown San Diego, La Jolla, and Sea World are only 20 minutes away.  

Del Mar Shores Terrace is not a resort or timeshare complex though some owners do offer short-term rentals of their units. There is no rental office, no concierge services, and no special amenities for those under the age of eighteen.

We do have the roar of the ocean, the beauty of the surf, the flight of the birds, private access to the public beach stairs, and of course, those spectacular sunsets!

It is essential that your email and other contact information remain updated as this is intended to be our primary method for providing urgent notices, announcements, newsletters, and friendly reminders about upcoming events. Please review your unit and contact details to ensure they are correct, and please keep them updated if anything changes. The information you provide for you unit is what we will consider official.

Guests

Guests who will be renting a unit from one of our owners are required to register their stay with our management company. Registration is essential to ensuring the community resources remain available only to authorized individuals and expected guests.
